Disability Services
We are committed to supporting young adults with disabilities as they transition from high school to adulthood. Through personalized support, career readiness, and opportunities for personal growth, our focus is to equip each individual with the skills and confidence they need to navigate this important life transition. We also provide families, caregivers, and educators with the tools and strategies they need to effectively guide and support young adults throughout their journey.
Supporting Individuals with Disabilities in Workforce Integration
Empowering Lives and Igniting Possibilities for Individuals to Thrive
We provide comprehensive support to young adults with disabilities as they work toward their educational, career, and life goals, as well as to the educators and families who guide and support them. Through on-campus services, camps, and workshops, we empower young adults to build the skills, confidence, and self-advocacy needed for success. We also deliver professional development, classroom coaching, and consultation services to educators, and offer family support services to help parents and caregivers actively support their young adult’s growth and transition. Our goal is to foster meaningful growth, independence, and long-term success for young adults, while equipping educators and families with the tools and strategies to create inclusive, supportive environments where individuals with disabilities can thrive academically, socially, and professionally.
